The room I got was modern and well-appointed with a great view and a queen-size bed, plus coffee. the location met my needs; it was particularly good and absolutely perfect, very near to Namba train station. - Went to Pizza Bar Fullhouse for a drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The location is quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It is also conveniently close to a church and a chapel, which was a great bonus. - Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a king room with triple beds.

It is conveniently located next to OCAT Terminal for airport bus. The supermarket and Doutor cafe downstairs make morning breakfast easy. The underground walkway to subway and train station provide good shelter from rain/shine.

Next to airport shuttle bus stop. Perfect choice if you need fly out early morning. Room is spacious compared to standard room in Japan. A big supermarket just downstairs and open till mid night.

The hotel location is right on JR Namba and can connect to Namba subway. I got quite a good deal on this hotel. The facility is nice!

The staffs are not so friendly comparing to other hotel in Japan. The room make up person are not so detail in cleaning. But overall is good.

Location-just outside the nambaJR,close to main interesting and shopping area,lot of resturants around. excelent view fron the 29th fl.(hotel starts in 23rd fl). Nice rooms.good breakfast.far price. Really recommended!

Convenience especially you are travel you own and need take public transport. You may just take bus from airport and drop off at the last station, hotel just next to the bus station (ocat), as well as the jr train.

Room small, but heard all hotels in Japan is about the same size.

The hotel itself does not provide a lot of facilities but its location near the train and bus stations makes it is very convenient to move around.

Nitpicking here..... I believe the hotel can reach out to more international guests if more of the hotel staff can communicate better in English. Lots of potential.
